Error 10013 is an authentication error. It can be caused by a few things:
1. Your subscription has expired or you have already reached the maximum number of connections allowed for your account. You can check the status of your account and your number of connections by logging in to the account here.
2. The email or password for your account has changed since the last time you logged into the app. Try logging out and logging back in if this may be the case. Even if you feel fairly certain that the login information for your account has not changed recently, it may still help to log out and back into the VyprVPN app.
- To log out of the VyprVPN app, first select the menu icon at the top left
- Select Log Out at the bottom
- Type in your Login and Password and select Log In
- Try connecting again
