When you connect to a country/server location, you should appear as being located in that country when verifying your information on IP geo-location websites, such as the Maxmind IP database.
If 3rd party sites/services, such as streaming sites, report that you are not in the service area to access the content then it is likely due to inaccurate or outdated IP database information used by the respective site/service which is outside of our control.

If the site/service still states you are not in the service area after performing the above steps, you will need to contact the content provider for further assistance.
