Your VyprVPN account supports up to 10 simultaneous connections.
You can have more than 10 devices with VyprVPN installed and logged in with your account credentials, but only 10 of those devices can be actively connected to VyprVPN at the same time.
If you try to connect while you are already using 10 connections, your device will fail to connect and will usually present an authentication error. If you have reached this maximum number of connections, then you will need to disconnect at least one device in order to be able to connect another.
