If you've used VyprVPN in the past and wish to sign up again, you may have trouble signing up with the same email on our account signup page. This is because you already have an account with us, but no active subscription.
To add a subscription to your existing account, please use the steps below:
- Log into your Golden Frog Account and select Subscriptions on the left side.
- Select the Select Plan button for the subscription you would like to add to your account.
- Review and confirm your new subscription. If there is currently a promo code showing on our website's signup page, ensure that you enter it at the top and then select Apply. Once you are sure you would like to proceed with the selected subscription, select Purchase Subscription to finish the process.
That's it! The new subscription will be added to the account immediately. After completing this process, you should be able to log into the VyprVPN app with your email and password and begin using the service again.
