Please note: the logs created by the VyprVPN app do not interfere with VyprVPN's status as a no log VPN provider. You can safely generate logs and provide them to support for troubleshooting purposes, without compromising your privacy or security.
To enable or disable Connection Logging:
- Open VyprVPN and select the Menu icon in the top left
- Select About
- Select Reporting
- You can enable or disable connection logging by selecting the toggle.
To submit your connection log to support:
- Open VyprVPN and select the Menu icon in the top left
- Select Support
- Select either Report a Bug or Contact Support
- Write a description of the issue
- Enable Include Connection Log
- Click Submit Bug Report or Send to Support depending on which option was selected previously.
A report will be sent to the VyprVPN support team. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after submission. We will review your logs and description and get back to you via email as soon as possible.
