- Select Settings at the top
- Select Support on the left side. Fill out the fields accordingly, and then press Submit to send your request to support. To help us better identify the issue, please enable Include Support Log before submitting your request.
- (Submitting support logs does not interfere with VyprVPN's status as a no-log VPN)
