Usernames are case-sensitive when logging into either the VyprVPN app or into your account on the VyprVPN website. If you entered your email address with any capital letters when you signed up for VyprVPN, please ensure that you are typing your email the same way when logging in.
(Note: You can change the capitalization of the email from the Profile section of your Account on our website)
If you are able to log into your account on the VyprVPN website, but can't log into the VyprVPN app when using the same credentials and capitalization, then there may be something blocking the VyprVPN app from being able to log in.
If you have any antivirus or firewall running on the device, please try disabling that temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then you will need to configure your security software so that it doesn't interfere with VyprVPN.
If the login trouble persists, then it may be due to our API server being blocked on your network. We recommend that you connect using a manual connection, then log into the VyprVPN app while connected manually. Once logged into the VyprVPN app, disconnect the manual connection and connect using the VyprVPN app instead.
The VyprVPN app should stay logged in, even after restarting the device.
