When you are unable to log into your VyprVPN account, it is often due to incorrect login credentials.
Please note that your VyprVPN username is the full email address you used when you signed up for VyprVPN, and it is case-sensitive. If you entered your email with any capital letters when you signed up, you will need to type it the same way when logging in.
Your password is case-sensitive as well, so please ensure that you are entering your password with the same capital and lowercase letters that you used when you signed up or last reset the password.
- If you are unable to log into the VyprVPN application, please verify if you can log into your VyprVPN account on our website using the same email and password. If you can't log in on our website either, then you will likely need to perform a password reset on your account.
- If you find that you can log into your account on our website, but the same email and password does not work in the VyprVPN application, please ensure that you have an active subscription by checking the Subscription section of your account.
- If you can log into your account on our website, and you have an active subscription but still can't log into the VyprVPN application, it is likely that a network restriction is preventing you from logging in. To get around this, you can attempt to establish a manual VPN connection on your device, which will connect you to our servers without using the VyprVPN application. Once connected manually, attempt to log into the VyprVPN app once more. After successful login, you can disconnect the manual connection and continue using the VyprVPN app.
