By default, the VyprVPN app for Mac will have crash reporting disabled. If you would like to help us by providing crash logs, which will help us to understand the nature and cause of issues which may cause the VyprVPN application to malfunction, please follow the steps below:
1. First, click the Settings icon at the top left of the VyprVPN app.
2. Then, click on About.
3. Click on Reporting.
4. Enable the switch for Crash Reporting.
