To view Connection Details in the VyprVPN app on macOS, select the Computer graph icon in the upper right:
In the Connection Details screen, you will see various statistics including transfer rates, connection status, and more:
- Data transferred: You will see the total amount of data downloaded and uploaded during your current VPN session.
- Status: You will see whether VyprVPN is currently connected or disconnected.
- Time Connected: You will see an estimation of how long the current VPN connection has been active. If VyprVPN is not connected, this field will be blank.
- Server: You will see the VyprVPN server location that you are currently connected to. If VyprVPN is not connected, this field will be blank.
- Average Ping: You will see the average latency between you and the server you are connected to. If VyprVPN is not connected, this field will be blank.
- Public IP: When disconnected, you will see your non-VyprVPN IP address here. When connected, this field will be blank.
- VyprVPN IP: When connected, you will see your currently assigned VyprVPN IP address here. When disconnected, this field will be blank.
- Protocol: You will see the VPN protocol that is currently in use. If VyprVPN is not connected, this field will be blank.
- Network: You will see the SSID of the wifi network you are connected to. If you are not connected to wifi, then you will see the name of your mobile carrier. If you are not connected to wifi or mobile data, this field will be blank.
(Note: If Kill Switch is enabled and VyprVPN is not connected, or if your device has no connection to the internet, most fields in Connection Details will be blank)
