For VyprVPN accounts, the registered email address is the username.
If you need to update your username or password, please first log in to your VyprVPN Account.
- Once logged in, select Profile

- To change the name or email on the account, select Update Profile Information
- To change the password on the account, select Change Password
The password is case-sensitive, and requires at least 8 characters. It also needs to include at least 3 out of the following: lower-case, upper-case, number, and special character.
Note: if you have any trouble connecting to VyprVPN after changing your password, please log out of the VyprVPN app and then log back in with your new password.
