We do not accept payments via Paypal's Send Money feature. As we are a recurring subscription service, we require payments via Paypal to be made through a PayPal billing agreement.
A Paypal billing agreement is made when you sign up for service and select Paypal as your method of payment, or when your payment method is updated to Paypal through your account via the Payment Information section on the account management page. A new billing agreement will also be created if your Paypal payment has failed, and you retry it from the Payment Information section of your account.
The PayPal billing agreement allows us to automatically charge your PayPal account each billing cycle through the duration of the billing agreement period.
