As an individual user, you probably only need one VyprVPN subscription at any given time. If you receive an email from us indicating that you may have multiple VyprVPN subscriptions, or if you see a notice in the VyprVPN app, there are a few things you can check.
You can log in to any existing VyprVPN account directly on our website here. If you are having trouble logging in, try sending yourself a password reset. If you aren't sure if you have an account under a certain email address, you can send a password reset to that email address: if the password reset email arrives, then there is a VyprVPN account under that email. Set a new password, log in, and select Subscriptions on the left side to view or change existing subscriptions.
- If your subscription was created directly through the VyprVPN website, your subscription information will show a payment method and the recurring price of your subscription.

If your subscription was created through Google or Apple, then these details will not show here because the subscription and payment are managed through your Google or Apple account.
Note: Google Play and Apple subscriptions need to be canceled through your mobile account:
If your VyprVPN subscription was activated through Google or Apple, then you should be able to log in using the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple button.
If you have a Google account, you can check for active VyprVPN subscriptions in your Google account here. To check in the Google Play app on your Android device, use the following steps:
- Open the Google Play app
- Select your Google icon in the upper right
- Select Payments and subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
If you have an active VyprVPN subscription through Google, your subscription will show here. If there is an active subscription on your Google account, then you can sign in using the Sign in with Google button in both the VyprVPN application, and on our website here.
If you have an Apple account, you can check for active VyprVPN subscriptions in Apple here. Or to check this in your iOS settings, use the following steps:
- Open Settings
- Select your username at the top
- Select Subscriptions
If you have an active VyprVPN subscription through Apple, your subscription show here. If there is an active subscription in your Apple account, then you can sign in using the Sign in with Apple button in both the VyprVPN application, and on our website here.
