In the event a team member departs or for other reasons no longer needs access to VyprVPN, you may remove their VPN license or deactivate their account entirely so they will no longer have access to the business account.
Please follow the steps below to either remove a VPN license from a user, or to remove the user from the account entirely:
Log in to your account here, and select Manage Users on the left side.
If you want to remove a user's VPN license, but leave the user on the account, first select the Pencil (edit) button next to the desired user's name/email, and then set the Product license to No, then select Update.
To remove a user from the account entirely, select the Deactivate button on the right side of that user's name/email
Please contact support if you have any issues issuing a new invite to a user who has been previously deactivated from the account.
Notes: Deactivated users may still be able to "log in" to their individual account, but they will no longer have access to make changes to the business account. For example, if you deactivate a Billing user, that user may still be able to log into their individual account on our website but they will no longer have access to make billing changes to the business account that it was previously associated with.
If a user is deactivated while they have a VPN license assigned to them, that license will automatically be revoked from the user and returned to the business account's available VPN licenses.
