While we do not expect our users to encounter any issues while using VyprVPN it is a possibility that one may encounter anomalies with the app. Knowing why these events occur is crucial to successful development towards a more refined and stable product and having crash reporters such as that built into VyprVPN helps our teams do exactly that!
We have created this article to guide you through the steps required to enable or disable crash reporting within the VyprVPN app!
1. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the VyprVPN App.
2. Tap About
3. Tap Reporting
4. Tap Crash Reporting
Note: You may choose to enable or disable the other options such as Improve VyprVPN and Connection Logging if you wish but are not necessary for crash reporting.
Once crash reporting has been enabled, if the VyprVPN app closes unexpectedly, a report will automatically generate and be sent to our support teams so we may further assist you and resolve the bug that may have caused this issue.
If you need any further assistance, please contact our 24/7 Customer Success Team, who would be glad to assist.
