If the payment information on file for your account fails when we process your payment, your subscription will be put on hold. Before you can use your VyprVPN service again, you will need to either update your billing information or retry the information already in the system.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it here.
Regardless of your payment method, please allow up to 10 minutes for payment updates to process. Once we successfully receive your payment, your subscription will automatically reactivate and be ready for use.
Please note: If you continue to have issues updating your payment, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or try a different browser.
- Once logged into your account, select Payment Information on the left
- Select Add Payment Method
- For Payment Type, select Credit/Debit Card, and input your Union Pay card information
- Select Add Payment Method when done
That's it! Our billing system will automatically attempt to bill your Union Pay card for the amount required to reactivate your subscription. This process may take up to 10 minutes.
As long as we are able to bill you successfully, your subscription will automatically reactivate.
