Many mobile LTE providers now offer IPv6 connections for their mobile devices. VyprVPN currently doesn't offer support for IPv6, causing the possibility for some users to experience connection issues. To resolve this issue, you will need to adjust the APN settings on your device to “IPv4/IPv6” or “IPv4”.
- Open your devices “Settings”
- Click on “Networks”
- Click “Mobile Networks”
- Click “Access Point Names”
- Select “IPv4” or “IPv4/IPv6”
