The error "Incorrect Username and/or Password" means that the correct credentials are not being used or that the application data needs to be cleared. To resolve this issue please attempt the following:
- Access the device Settings > Apps then tap VyprVPN, and tap "Clear data". Once this is completed please attempt to log in once more.
- Reset your password to a new 8-14 character password. To reset your Golden Frog password please visit our Forgot Password page.
Please remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Also, make sure you select a password that you have not previously used on your account to ensure a successful password reset.
