The error "Incorrect Username or Password" means that the correct credentials are not being used or there is corruption in the existing profile. To resolve this issue please attempt the following:
Navigate to iOS Settings -> General -> Profiles and delete the VyprVPN profile shown there, then re-launch the app to re-download the VyprVPN Profile. Attempt to login once more.
- Reset your password to a new 8-14 character password. To reset your Golden Frog password please visit our Forgot Password page.
Please remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Also, make sure you select a password that you have not previously used on your account to ensure a successful password reset.
