Use the steps below to contact the VyprVPN support team using the VyprVPN app for iOS:
- Select the Menu icon in the top left of VyprVPN
- Select Support from the menu
- Select Contact Support
- Fill out the requested information in the form provided (For connection related issues, you can send the support team you connection logs by clicking Include Connection Log)
- Select Send to Support to send the form to the Support Team
The VyprVPN support team will receive the request and will respond to you via email as soon as possible!
