Are you unable to connect to VyprVPN on your iOS device after having previously connected to Cloudflare's WARP VPN? It has been identified that Cloudflare's WARP VPN does not correctly deregister the VPN session when disconnecting from their VPN.
This bug in Cloudflare's WARP VPN prevents all other VPN providers that use the IPSec/IKEv2/L2TP protocols on iOS devices running iOS 10.3 or higher, including us.
To work around this issue, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are disconnected from any VPN
- Open your iOS Settings
- Tap VPN
- Find WarpVPN in the list of VPN configurations
- Tap the information icon to the right of WarpVPN
- Tap Delete VPN
- Tap Delete
After having followed the above steps, you may return to the VyprVPN app and establish a connection to the VPN.
