If you're having trouble connecting to VyprVPN on your iOS device, we would first recommend trying alternate server locations and connection protocols, as well as making sure that you're on the latest available version of VyprVPN for iOS.
Note: We are aware that some users may have trouble getting connected with the Wireguard protocol on iOS 15. We are working on a solution, and for now we recommend using OpenVPN or IKEv2 as a temporary workaround.
If the trouble persists, then we suggest removing the VPN Configuration from iOS and to try connecting again using the steps below:
1. Open Settings
2. Select VPN
3. Select the ‘Information’ symbol next to VyprVPN
4. Select Delete VPN
5. Reconnect to VyprVPN
6. Select Allow when the prompt comes up to add the VyprVPN configurations
7. Enter your phone's password or Touch ID
You are now connected to VyprVPN!
