There are many factors that can cause trouble connecting to VyprVPN on your iOS device.
First, we would recommend trying to connect to VyprVPN using a different server location.
If the trouble persists we'd suggest removing the VPN Configuration and try connecting again with these steps.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click VPN
3. Click the ‘Information’ symbol next to VyprVPN
4. Click ‘Delete VPN’
5. Reconnect to VyprVPN
6. Click 'Allow' when the prompt comes up to add the VyprVPN configurations
7. Enter your phone's password or Touch ID
You're now connected to VyprVPN!
