Whenever your VyprVPN connection fails, the VyprVPN app's Automatic Troubleshooting feature will attempt to establish a connection using the other available VPN protocols.
How to run Automatic Troubleshooting?
If your initial attempt to connect to VyprVPN fails, you will be prompted with the 'Troubleshoot Connection' pop-up. To begin the Automatic Troubleshooting, select Troubleshoot.
When you press the "Troubleshoot" button, you will see the Automatic Troubleshooting start cycling through the protocols attempting to connect with each protocol.
Was Automatic Troubleshooting Successful?
If successful, you will see a "Success" message box informing you that a connection was established to your selected server.
If unsuccessful, you will see an "Unable to Connect" message box informing you that the automatic troubleshooting tool was unable to establish a connection to your selected server. You will also be asked if you want to contact our Support Team for further assistance. We recommend that you do by simply clicking/tapping the "Contact Support" button in the "Unable to Connect" message box, which will send our Support Team your application logs and automatic troubleshooting results.
