Use the instructions below to send application logs to VyprVPN support on Windows (Note: Sending your application logs to VyprVPN support does not interfere with VyprVPN's status as a strictly no-log VPN):
- Select the Menu icon in the upper left, then select Support
- Select Contact Support. Fill out the form, ensure that Include Support Log is enabled, then select Send to Support to send your request.
Shortly after sending, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. A member of our support team will then follow up with you as soon as possible.
