When you contact support through the VyprVPN app, basic information regarding your system will be included in your request. You can also choose to include application logs, which is recommended to help support better identify and resolve the issue (Note: Sending connection logs does not interfere with VyprVPN's status as a strictly no-log VPN)
Use the steps below to contact support through the VyprVPN app:
- Select the Menu icon in the upper left, then select Support
- Select Contact Support. Fill out the form, then select Send to Support to send your request. Enable Include Support Log to provide application logs to help support in identifying and correcting the issue.
Shortly after sending, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. A member of our support team will then follow up with you as soon as possible.
