Error 691 is caused by a login and/or password validation failure. It can also be caused by exceeding the number of allowed simultaneous connections on your account, or if your subscription has expired.
Solution:
- Verify that your password is correctly typed with correct capitalization.
- Check that your subscription is active. If your subscription is expired, you will see a red banner at the top of the page when you log into your account.
- Ensure that you do not already have too many active connections on other devices. Log in to your account and check the Manage Services tab on the left to verify connection status.
- Log out of the application and log back in.
