This PPTP error occurs if port 1723 is blocked or closed, or if a response wasn't received from the VPN server.
- Ensure that PPTP passthrough is enabled on your router.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and/or other security software.
If step two above resolves the issue, contact Golden Frog support to get assistance updating your security software configuration.
