Error 6021 often occurs due to a loss of Internet connection. Verify that you have a stable Internet connection by browsing to a few different websites that you normally visit.
2. Restart your network equipment (modem/router, etc.)
Even if your Internet connection is working, restarting your network equipment may resolve error 6021 and allow you to connect.
3. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall software.
If this resolves error 6021, then you will need to configure your security software so that it will not interfere with VyprVPN.
