This error is caused by a login and/or password validation failure. It can also be caused if there is an active VyprVPN connection and a new connection is attempted.
- Verify the login and password are correctly typed with correct capitalization.
- Ensure that you do not already have an active connection on another device. Log in to the customer control panel to verify connection status and that your account is active.
- Log out of the application and log back in.
