The error "Incorrect Username or Password" means that the correct credentials are not being used or that attempts to access the authentication servers are being blocked. To resolve this issue please attempt the following:
- To verify that you are using the correct username and password, try logging into your account here.
- If you can't log into your account at the link above, then please reset your password to a new 8-14 character password. To reset your Golden Frog password please visit our Forgot Password page.
- If you still can't log into the VyprVPN app, then please temporarily disable any active antivirus or firewall and try again.
Please remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. To ensure a successful reset, please select a password that you have not previously used on your account.
