If your connection to VyprVPN times out, that can cause you to see the Error 6011. The most common causes of the error are related to blocks in the firewall or from poor network quality.
To address the issue, it is best to start with restarting your computer as well as network devices. Also worthy of note is anti-virus software can also contribute to the issue. Check your firewall and anti-virus to ensure that VyprVPN is permitted to pass-through and make connections.

Performing Ping/Trace tests
Running cmd as administrator
ping -n 50 <server address> > c:\ping.txt
ping -n 50 us1.vpn.goldenfrog.com > c:\ping.txt
tracert -d <server address> > c:\trace.txt
tracert -d us1.vpn.goldenfrog.com > c:\trace.txt
Note: No action will show in the command window while the txt file is being written.
