If you are receiving a 6010 error when attempting to connect with VyprVPN. This means that OpenVPN is not communicating as quickly as it needs to. This could be caused by your internet connection, or more likely by your computer running under a high load.
To help determine the cause, you can test the connection between you and the server you are attempting to connect to by using traceroute and ping commands:
Open CMD on your computer and type: tracert -d ENTER_PREFERRED_SERVER_LOCATION
(Example: "tracert -d us1.vyprvpn.com". See image below for reference)
Verify you have a stable route between you and the server, look for timeouts at hops.
Open CMD on your computer and type: ping -n 50 ENTER_PREFERRED_SERVER_LOCATION
(Example: "ping -n 50 us1.vyprvpn.com". See image below for reference)
Verify you have little to no packet loss between you and the server. This command sends 50 packets, which translates to each dropped packet equating to a 2% loss.
