If you are receiving error 6015 when attempting to connect to VyprVPN, it is likely due to either the openvpn.exe process terminating prematurely or a local firewall blocking communications to the localhost in the port range 7505-7555.
Solutions:
1. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall
If this resolves the error, then you will need to configure your antivirus/firewall so that it won't interfere with VyprVPN. Also ensure that your firewall is configured to allow connections on ports 7505-7555.
2. Reinstall the VyprVPN app
Use the instructions to uninstall the app here.
Once the app has been uninstalled and the computer has been rebooted, reinstall the app using the installation file found on our website here.
3. Ensure that no other VPN clients are running
Having multiple VPN clients open at the same time can cause conflicts which may result in error 6015. If you have any other VPN clients that are open, try closing them.
If you have any other VPN clients installed which aren't needed anymore, it will be best to uninstall them completely.
